The purpose of this organization shall be as stated in the Articles of Incorporation filed with the Office of the Secretary of State of North Carolina and as more specifically set forth as follows:

To cooperate and work together to preserve, protect and provide for the common good of all property owners so that each may enjoy the security, serenity, and satisfaction of living, visiting, and vacationing at Tobacco Branch Village, thereby enhancing the beauty, tranquility and value of Tobacco Branch Village and the Valley. Participation by each and every property owner is encouraged and imperative to fulfill the ultimate goal and purpose of the organization.

Property owners are encouraged to promote the general welfare of all by being considerate of each other in maintaining their properties in a neat and orderly fashion reflecting a good appearance.

Property owners and those using their properties should be mindful of any activity that would damage or detract from the roads, common area facilities, and Lake Environment.
